With urbanisation and industrialisation, the management of water and wastewater is becoming a major environmental challenge.
Since the inception of the Melamchi Water Project, Himal Hydro has been one of the promoters of this much needed water project for the Kathmandu Valley and has assisted with the initial feasibility study. Himal Hydro anticipates being a key member of the final construction team.
With a wide construction experience, Himal Hydro has built up the capability for the design and construction of water supply, drainage, sewerage and treatment plants.
In association with MT Højgaard of Denmark, Himal Hydro has recently completed design and construction works of Drainage and Wastewater Management Project in Hetauda Industrial District and undertaking operation and maintenance works of the project.
Currently, we are undertaking construction work of various Water Supply and Sanitation Project in Bandipur, Beni and Bijuwar.
