Tinau Hydropower Project (1 MW), Butwal
This is the first hydropower project in Nepal with underground powerhouse, which has been constructed along the Tinau River in Butwal. With primitive solutions at that time, this project is a story of success in underground tunnelling. The construction team that built this project formulated a company as Himal Hydro.
