Himal Hydro played a major role in supplying electric power to the following important functions:
- Birendra International Convention Centre - Venue of SAARC Summit, Janaury 2002.
- Narayanhiti Palace - Marriage Ceremony, Janaury 2003.
Himal Hydro provided extensive construction support in repair and maintenance of the Bhotekoshi Hydropower Project including repair of Hydraulic gate.
Himal Hydro undertook surface drilling work at Middle Marsyangdi Hydroelectric Project for DDC-JV, the main contractor for the construction of civil works of the Project.
