1^st Stage Works	Cleaning of the Intake, Gravel Trap, Approach Canal, Settling Basin Strengthening of the foundation of Anchor Blocks and Support Piers damaged by flood Strengthening of foundation of Retaining wall damaged by the flood Opening the buried penstock pipe between anchor blocks and repair damaged section Construction of new Anchor blocks, Support piers and Retaining walls
2^nd Stage Works	Construction of Retaining wall Reconstruction work of the damaged and new Boulder riprap works in Siphon area Reconstruction of damaged River Training works River Protection Work at required area Demolition work of Bid boulders obstructing the flow in the river at Powerhouse area, Landslide area, different location of anchor block and upstream of intake area Strengthening works at different areas where flood has scoured and attempted to overtop from the area of anchor blocks
