Himal Hydro has covered more than a quarter century starting from its establishment in 1978. During all these years we have developed and accumulated considerable skills and experience.
Starting with small jobs using manual equipment, we have now grown up to undertake much larger projects with a high degree of mechanisation and tight deadlines for completion.
Construction of hydropower, tunnelling, water & wastewater management and transmission line projects have remained the core business of Himal Hydro. We are also involved in the construction of roads, bridges, buildings, ropeways and all kinds of other civil construction works.
Responding to the present major needs of Nepal and its neighbouring countries, we have formulated a new Vision for the Company's work, redefined our Mission and reinforced our core Values.
In a changed and increasingly competitive business environment, a consistently high performance is required for survival and continuous growth. In order to improve our management operations as well as to ensure consistent quality of products and services to our clients, we have been actively introducing Total Quality Management principles.
